General sales conditions applicable to Blue Cube professional customers.
Prices
Prices shown in the catalogue are in Swiss francs, net amounts, excluding VAT.
Products covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty starts on the delivery date, as evidenced by the accompanying document or invoice, which must be retained. Damage caused by improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Availability
Our delivery commitment does not apply in the event of failure or delay by our own suppliers where this unavailability is not attributable to Blue Cube. If a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Payment terms
All orders are payable cash or in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery and transport
Available goods are shipped by pallet. A transport contribution may be charged once per order.
Blue Cube does not deliver to post office boxes and reserves the right to refuse a delivery or sale.
Returns and exchanges
Goods must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging, including labels and references, together with the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the property of Blue Cube until full payment, including where the goods have been processed or resold. The place of performance and jurisdiction for deliveries and payments is Bussigny.
Legal warranty
Please check delivered goods without delay for visible material or manufacturing defects and transport damage. Any defect or irregularity affecting delivered goods must be reported promptly so that Blue Cube can take appropriate action.
Data protection
Personal data is treated as confidential. Information required to manage orders may be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies where necessary for order management.
Electrical equipment
Installation of electrical equipment must be carried out by qualified electricians. Open ballasts must be incorporated into compliant metal housings.
General reservations
Prices and models are subject to change. Photographs do not form an integral part of the contract. All offers are subject to stock availability. Typographical and printing errors excepted.
